PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring sheet equipped with a guide capable of preventing the guide from enlarging outward in the diametric direction or deformation even if the spring sheet itself is formed from a rubber material. SOLUTION: The spring sheet to carry a suspension spring interposed in the area to a shock absorber held by a body side mount is formed from rubber material consisting of a cylinder part 1, a flange part 2 formed rigidly on the top of the cylinder part 1, and a spring guide part 3 installed continuously to the peripheries of the flange part 2 and the cylinder part 1 and furnished with a guide groove 3b mating with the outside surface of the cylinder part 1.
