PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse signal output device capable of accurately output pulse signal according to input of reference signal even if a device establishes process outputting pulse signal as a low priority process. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a central processing unit executing a plurality of tasks of different execution priorities periodically together with input of NE signal. The plurality of tasks includes a specific task executed to establish pulse output timing Tpl under a condition where NE signal is input. The specific task is executed as a middle level task of low execution propriety in the plurality of tasks. In the specific task, elapsed time Tps from reference time when fixed time elapses after input of NE signal, timer time which is time subtracting the elapsed time Tps from fixed delayed time setting reference time as reference is established, and timing adding present time to the timer time Trs is established as pulse output timing Tpl.
