PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure determination device of an air flow meter for a vehicular internal combustion engine capable of accurately determining whether an air flow meter fails or not. SOLUTION: The failure determination device of the air flow meter for the vehicular internal combustion engine is provided with an intake air passage 20 supplying air introduced from an outside of a vehicle to a combustion chamber 7 of the engine 1, and air flow meters 40, 41 detecting flow rate of air in the intake air passage 20, and executes determination whether the air flow meters 40, 41 fail or nit based on output signal of the air flow meters 40, 41. Also, the failure determination device of the air flow meters 40, 41 is provided with a determination means executing determination whether the air flow meters 40, 41 fails or not under a condition whether quantity of air introduced to the intake air passage 20 by vehicle travel wind is negligible quantity in relation to quantity of air demanded to the combustion chamber 7.
