<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make relative relation between an average power consumption of the tenants in a collective housing as a whole and a self power consumption understood. <P>SOLUTION: A watt-hour meter for managers and a watt-hour meter for tenants inside the collective housing are connected by an electrical communication line. The watt-hour meter for the tenants has a voltage detection section and a current detection section, and has a relative relation display element for the tenants which shows the relative relation of the self power consumption and the amount of the average power used, which is the average of the tenant's power consumption as a whole. An object for the users or the watt-hour meter for the managers has a power consumption operation unit. A power consumption calculation system for the apartments is such that the watt-hour meter for the managers has an amount calculating part for the average power which computes the tenant's amount of the average power used, as a whole, based on each tenant's power consumption obtained from the power consumption operation part and the relative relation display element for the managers which shows the relative relation between each tenant's power consumption and the amount of the used average power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
