PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a reconfirmation work process of EVM characteristics after repair at a customer center. SOLUTION: In a shield mounting process 11 of a manufacturing apparatus 10 of a mobile telephone terminal 30; a shield case covering an RF transmitter mounted on a main substrate of the mobile telephone terminal 30 is screwed and mounted, and a screwing torque value upon screwing the shield case is output to a torque management PC 14 of a torque writing process 12. The torque management PC 14 of the torque writing process 12 writes data indicating the screwing torque value in a memory 31 mounted on the mobile telephone terminal 30. Thereafter, when the customer center 20 performs a repair of removing the shield case of the mobile telephone terminal 30, the screwing torque value stored in the memory 31 is read in a torque reading process 22, and the shield case is screwed with the screwing torque in the shield mounting process 21.
