PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip nut, preventing the nut from floating and tilting, and having excellent positioning function. SOLUTION: A clip body includes a surface holding plate 3, a back holding plate 4, and a connecting part 5, wherein a nut 2 is fitted to the back holding plate 4. The nut 2 is provided with a projecting 7 fitted in a bolt insert hole, and held to the back holding plate 4 not to slip off by caulking the projecting part 7. The bolt insert hole of the back holding plate 4 is an elongated hole, so that the nut can be slid in the longitudinal direction of the bolt insert hole.
