A deoiling machine for fried fish paste is provided to remove the oil remaining in fried fish paste sanitarily, enhance work efficiency, and facilitate the replacement of a belt constituting a conveyor belt. A deoiling machine(1) for fried fish paste comprises: at least one conveyor belt(4) which is connected to a motor and a gearing device(24); at least one vacuum suction drum(5) which is connected to the motor and gearing device and is installed close to the conveyor belt; a vacuum suction device having a suction tank to which a hose and a suction pipe are connected; a scraper which is installed close to the outside of the conveyor belt; and a collection guide plate which is in the form of an inclined plane to lead the oil dropped by the scraper to an oil collection box. The vacuum suction drum comprises: a driving drum having a plurality of suction holes; a suction-spray-fixed drum which is connected to the vacuum suction device through the hose and has a longitudinal hole for vacuum-sucking the oil remaining in fried fish paste; and a spray hole(14b) which is inside the suction-spray-fixed drum, is connected to a suction fan and a spray pipe, and sprays air into the driving drum. In the vacuum suction device, the suction tank is divided into upper and lower suction tanks by a partition, wherein each of the partition of the upper suction tank and the bottom of the lower suction tank has a discharge pipe having a valve. |
