A device for surface treatment of lump material with a fluid, comprising a funnel, made as hollow cylinder with conical funnel-shaped opening at the bottom, funnel cylinder diameter is equal to the width of conveyor band, installed coaxially with the axis of incident flux of a lump material. Flow distributor is made as triangle prism, installed inside of a funnel with acute angle upwards. A fluid sprayer is made as a piping with spray burners, and is installed at external surface of funnel cylinder part. Spray burners pass inside funnel along its perimeter in such a way, that rectangular flanks of the distributor are mirrors for spray burners.
