PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission processing device which causes no error in data signal transmission even if data-signal transmission requests from a plurality of modules conflict when data signals are transmitted from one module via a common bus. SOLUTION: In an image processing circuit 10 which is a data transmission device, when data-signal transmission requests are sequentially outputted from modules 14 and 15 while data signals are transmitted from an image processing module A13 to a frame memory 18 via a common bus 16, the remaining time of standby permissible time of a module B14 is compared with that of a module C15, and a module having shorter remaining time is prioritized for the data transmission. At the same time, the burst number of the data signals from the module A13 are set to the number of data signals which are transmittable within the remaining time of the standby of the prioritized module. The data signals, which are not transmitted and remained, are transmitted from the point, where the data transmission is interrupted, after the data signals of the other module are transmitted.
