A method for manufacturing a non-slip stair tread using a high hardness metal is provided to obtain the tread having a wear-resistance and a ductility by mixing a flexible metal of low melting point, a wear-resistant material of high melting point and high hardness particles. A method for manufacturing a non-slip stair tread using a high hardness metal comprises the steps of processing a surface of substrate, forming a metal composite, manufacturing a metal composite paste, forming a paste printing pattern and sintering the substrate having the pattern. In the step of forming the metal composite, the metal composition includes flux powder of 3wt%, flexible metal having low melting point of 60wt%, wear-resistant material power of 16wt% and metal particles having a high hardness of 21wt%. The flux powder includes any one selected from the group consisting of sodium fluoride, boric acid, sodium silicate, phosphorus compound, sodium hydrogen carbonate and potassium hexacyanoferrate. The flexible metal includes any one selected from the group consisting of aluminum, nickel, copper, brass, phosphorus copper, silver, zinc, lead and tin. The wear-resistance material power includes any one selected from the group consisting of alumina, magnesia, silica, chrome and cobalt. |
