摘要 <p>The drying of sludge for wastewater treatment plant comprises intermittently or continuously supplying moistness sludge into a drum mixer through filling opening and blowing the sludge by supplying dry air into the mixer over an extraction ventilator, a filter and a dehumidifier through a rear opening. The sludge is horizontally and radially rotated by the rotation of the drum and spiral plate incorporated into the drum mixer and is contacted with blowing of dry air. The empty drum mixer is filled with sludge and the filled drum is brought under blowing of dry air. The drying of sludge for wastewater treatment plant, comprises intermittently or continuously supplying moistness sludge into a drum mixer through filling opening and blowing the sludge by supplying dry air into the mixer over an extraction ventilator, a filter and a dehumidifier through a rear opening. The sludge is horizontally and radially rotated by the rotation of the drum and spiral plate incorporated into the drum mixer and is contacted with blowing of dry air. The empty drum mixer is filled with sludge and the filled drum is brought under blowing of dry air in 15-180 seconds in rotation of 15-120 minutes. The rotation is discontinued under retention of blowing of dry air and the drum mixer evacuates up to a determined residual quantity for mixing with the next filling of the drum with moistness sludge. During the filling phase, the position of the drum is set into a determined angle, during the dry phase, the drum is set into horizontal position and during the evacuation phase the drum is again adjusted into a determined position. The weight of the sludge is measured over pressure dynamometer during the filling-, drying- and evacuation phase in the drum mixer. The dry air is heated through heat exchange with compressed air for sludge tank (8). The heat exchanger is directly integrated into the direction of the aeration for the sludge. The external surface of the mixer has a black coating.</p>
