This invention is about the traffic system at intersections. This suggested system, give a full detail of the heaviest traffic lane of four directions of the crossroad, installs half high-level road (1) on the central I5 2 lanes directed to both sides, half underground roadway (2) on the 1, 2 lanes that cross half high-level roadway (1) at right angle, and half underground u-turn roadway (3) on the right and left sides parallel to half underground roadway (2). Half ground overpass (4) is parallel to half underground roadway (2) and crosses half high-level road (1) at the upper part of a medial strip of half underground roadway (2) in T-shape. In this way, the vehicles at crossroads as well as pedestrians could do nonstop driving and walking without traffic signals. To build the system, this invention sorts out the traffic lanes passing through the crossroads, and constructs dichotomous structures - half high-level roadway (1) and half underground roadway (2) - as well as half underground u-turn roadway (3) and half ground overpass in a multiple way. With these structures, traffic congestions would be resolved 100% as traffic lanes and pedestrian's crossings do not need traffic system.
