A fusion plate for arthrodesis, the plate comprising: a plate body includ ing a first portion disposed in a first plane and having a first bone engagi ng surface and a second opposing surface, a second portion disposed in a sec ond plane and having a first bone engaging surface and a second opposing sur face, a third portion disposed in a third plane and having a first bone enga ging surface and a second opposing surface. The first portion includes at le ast one opening which receives at least one fixation means. The second porti on includes at least one opening which receives at least one fixation means and the third portion includes at least one opening which receives at least one fixation screw.
