PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the operating speed of a dynamically reconfigurable processor loaded in a multifunction machine to provide various types of image processing, without overloading a user with program design. SOLUTION: A controller processor 14 of a data processing device 1 counts the throughput of a cell array in a cooperative state depending on image processing set in advance, and when the counted throughput reaches a specified value, rewrites configuration registers 35 of cells 30 as skipping sets of configuration data that would otherwise be written next to the registers, to skip the execution of unnecessary image processing.
