PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an adjustment time of an index value by properly controlling an operation, in a refrigerating device having a function for adjusting the index value as index in controlling the operation of the refrigerating device. SOLUTION: A target state quantity deciding means 54 decides a target value of each state quantity on the basis of change history of plural kinds of state quantities detected by a state quantity detecting means 51 and change history of the index value detected by the index value detecting means 52. An operation control means 55 controls the operation of the refrigerating device 10 on the basis of the target value of each state quantity decided by the target state quantity deciding means 54. As the change of the index value by the adjustment of each state quantity can be estimated on the basis of the change history of plural kinds of state quantities and the change history of the index value, the index value can be adjusted to an intended side.
