PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extending and contracting flexible pipe joint capable of replacing a seal ring without digging a buried part. SOLUTION: This extending and contracting flexible pipe joint has a pair of pipe bodies 2, 2 fixed to two pipeline ends, respectively, a sleeve 3 arranged on inner sides of the pair of pipe bodies 2, 2 to bridge over the pair of pipe bodies 2, 2, annular spaces 6 opening end face sides formed on outer faces in both end parts of the sleeve 3, respectively, the seal rings 10 arranged in the annular spaces 6 of the sleeve 3, respectively, and pressing rings 5 attached to end faces of the sleeve 3 so as to close openings on end faces of the annular spaces 6 of the sleeve 3, respectively.
