PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top of supply and exhaust tube capable of being easily constructed. SOLUTION: This top 80 of supply and exhaust tube has a double tube 10 penetrating a building wall 100, taking the combustion air from outdoors and exhausting a flue gas outdoors, an inclined flange member 17 disposed between the double tube 10 and the building wall 100 at one end side of the double tube 10, and supporting the double tube 10 while inclining it at a prescribed angle to the building wall 100, and a spherical universal seat 16 disposed between the double tube 10 and the building wall 100 at the other end side of the double tube 10 and capable of supporting the double tube 10 while inclining it at an optional angle to the building wall 100.
