PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mounting structure of a wheel mounting seat board to the lower side of a panel of a folding carrying truck. SOLUTION: The four respective wheel mounting seat boards 12a-12d are provided with mounting sides 16, 17 in which lower side members 5-7 of the respective panels 1-3 are directly attached with a bolt, and projections 18, 19 projected in a state that they are lowered by an amount of one step from the mounting side sides 16, 17 to inner sides of the lower side side members 5-7. The rear end of the lower side member 6 of the direction-fixed panel 2 is fixed to the projection 18 of the wheel mounting seat board 12a at a back panel 1 side with fasteners 24, 25 with washers 27, 32 having thicknesses for compensating a step of the mounting side 16 and the projection 18. The rear end of the lower side member 7 of the movable panel 3 is horizontally pivotally supported to the projection 19 of the wheel mounting seat board 12b at the back panel 1 side with a pin 26 with a washer 27 having a thickness for compensating a step of the mounting side 17 and the projection 19.
