METHOD FOR CHARGING AND SERVICE OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS OF AUTHORIZATION ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT DEPOSITORY

A method for providing an e-document service and billing service charge in an authorized e-document repository is provided to maximize utilization of an authorized e-document by setting various access/inquiry rights and billing the charge according to a billing system when a user requests inquiry of the permanent e-document stored in the authorized e-document repository. A permanent e-document stored in an authorized e-document repository server is converted into a PDF(Portable Document Format) document(S400). The PDF document is encoded according to the access/inquiry rights of a user terminal(S600). The PDF document including the access/inquiry rights and metadata of the document are packaged into the packaged document(S700). The service charge is billed to the packaged document(S800). The packaged document is distributed by restricting usage according to the access/inquiry rights of the user terminal(S900).
