<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare parts control method and spare parts control system for efficiently performing control service of spare parts in response to an operation routine and a specific rule of each user in the company. <P>SOLUTION: In the spare parts control method, the system is connected to an operation terminal of the user concerned with the spare parts for managing and controlling a facility via a communication line, and provides the information related to the spare parts.
