<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cable protection coat layer stripping off-device/method for easily stripping off a protection coat layer. <P>SOLUTION: A crossing blade 18 and a vertical section blade 42 are moved to an axial direction terminal side of a cable 13 in a state where the crossing blade 18 and the vertical section blade 42 are engaged with a coat 26 of the protection coat layer 12. Thus, a vertical section slit 46 along an axial direction of the cable 13 formed of the vertical section blade 42 extends to the axial direction terminal side of the cable 13 while it cleaves. Since a wall face of a terminal side of the cable 13 in inner wall faces of a circular slit 45 is depressed by the crossing blade 18, the protection coat layer 12 is stripped off from an electric wire 11 so that it is pulled up with a vertical section slit 46 as a starting point. Even if frictional force of the electric wire 11 and the protection coat layer 12 is large, the protection coat layer 12 can easily be stripped off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
