<p>Systems and methods consistent with some embodiments of the present inven tion provide for managing a plurality of records, including storing a plural ity of records, wherein each of the plurality of records includes at least o ne of a section and subsection; receiving a request to access one of the plu rality of records, wherein the request includes identification information i dentifying information about a user requesting access; determining the level of access of each of the at least one section and subsection associated wit h the one of the plurality of records requested; selecting at least one of t he section and subsection of one of the plurality of records based on the id entification information of the user and the determined level of access; pro viding access to at least one of the selected section and subsection in a re cord; wherein the record may be simultaneously accessed by a plurality of us ers, and wherein information for updating at least one of the section and su bsection in the record may be received simultaneously by a plurality of user s.</p> |
