An organic light emitting display device is provided to increase a depth of a sub electrode and reduce a resistance by applying a sub electrode to a pixel substrate and a packet substrate. An organic light emitting display device includes a first substrate(110), a second substrate(210), a first electrode(120), an organic light emitting layer(150), a second electrode(160), a first sub electrode(170), and a second sub electrode(220). The first and second substrates are arranged to face each other, and define a display region, and a non-display region near to the display region. The first electrode is formed on the first substrate. The organic light emitting layer is formed on the first electrode of the display region. The second electrode is extended to the non-display region and is formed on the organic light emitting layer. The first sub electrode is formed on at least one of the first electrode and the second electrode of the non-display region. The second sub electrode is formed to correspond to the first sub electrode on a plane of the second substrate toward the first substrate, and is electrically connected to the first sub electrode. |
