A method for producing high-tensile force plastic pellets impregnated with glass fibers is provided to allow integral formation of glass fibers with plastic materials, and to obtain a molding having excellent tensile force through injection molding. A method for producing high-tensile force plastic pellets impregnated with glass fibers comprises the steps of: a step of unwinding wound glass fibers in such a manner that the glass fibers have a predetermined tensile force; heating the glass fibers by a heater formed on the outer wall of a cylinder surrounding an extruder screw to a predetermined temperature while conveying the unwound glass fibers inserted into the screw; impregnating individual yarn of the glass fibers with a resin by the pressure of the resin when the glass fibers heated before the orienting/drawing step pass through the end of the screw and a dice; cooling the glass fibers impregnated with the resin to solidify the resin; removing moisture from the surface of the cooled resin; and cutting the finished glass fibers into a predetermined particle size by using a rotating blade and a fixed blade.
