A home medical skin disease treating device is provided to expose a skin to an optimal environment by using near infrared rays, far infrared rays, anions, aroma and germanium that give good effects to a skin. A home medical skin disease treating device includes a case(101), a fan(110), a peel coating lamp(120), a halogen lamp(123), a nozzle(130), an anion generator(151), an aroma generator(151) and a switch(160). The peeling coating lamp is mounted between the fan and an outlet(104) of the case and emits near infrared rays. The halogen lamp emits far infrared rays. The nozzle made of a germanium material is mounted on the outlet. The anion generator is mounted outside the case. The switch allows and intercepts power to the peeling coating lamp, the halogen lamp and the anion generator.
