An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve a display characteristic by transmitting an electric signal, which is applied through a pad, to a pixel region and preventing a signal distortion. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(110) and a pad. The substrate has a pixel region and a non-pixel region. At least two metals are stacked on an inter-layer insulation film formed on the non-pixel region. An uppermost metal of the pad has a thinner deposition depth than the other metal. The deposition depth of the uppermost metal is 50 to 100 angstrom. The pad is composed of a first titanium layer, an aluminum layer and a second titanium layer which are sequentially stacked. The deposition depth of the second titanium layer is 50 to 100 angstrom. The deposition depth of the first titanium is 400 to 600 angstrom. The deposition depth of the aluminum is 3500 to 4500 angstrom. |
