An integration authentication method and an integration authentication sever are provided to process financial transactions and electronic commercial transaction by using one authentication device. An integration authentication and enterprise codes reception process is performed to use password authentication by an integration authentication server(310). A determination process is performed to request a proper number of an authentication device(340) and to determine whether the enterprise codes are the provided enterprise codes in response to the received proper number. The received test secret number is compared with the reference secret number when the enterprise codes are the provided enterprise codes. The password authentication using the authentication device is permitted in the enterprise corresponding to the provided enterprise code when the received test secret number corresponds to the reference secret number.
