A communication system is provided to reduce or prevent unbalance between quality criteria of communication signals received to each intermediate device, thereby minimizing excessive transmission power which only increases an interference level. A communication system comprises as follows. A receiving quality measurer is operable to measure receiving quality of signals transmitted to a destination device from a relay device. A controller controls transmission power of signals to be transmitted to the destination device from the relay device, on the basis of measurement results obtained by the receiving quality measurer. The receiving quality measurer measures an SINR(Signal to Interference and Noise Ratio) or received signal strength. |
