A test time management apparatus and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to feel the proceeding speed of solving questions, by outputting a corresponding problem number to the user. An information input part(100) outputs test time information and question information received from a user. A display part(200) displays time management information including present time and question numbers to be solved at the present time. A control part(300) calculates time per question by using the test time information and the question information, and outputs a test question number to be solved at the present time to the display part. A database(400) stores the time management information including the test time information, the question information and the time per question.
