A well-mounted and bottom-mounted stand of a display device is provided to solve a problem that a user has to use the stand to support the display device on the bottom and buy a special bracket to fix the display device on a wall. A coupling unit(31) is coupled with a display device. A support unit(41) is located in a lower end of the coupling unit and hinged in the coupling unit. A support plate(61) is installed in the bottom of the support unit to be stably installed in the bottom and has a coupling hole(62) corresponding to an installation unit(100) installed on a wall. A locking member(70) maintains or unlocks a connected state between the coupling unit and the support unit.
