<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cisplatin resistance marker for judging whether the ovarian tumor cells have the cisplatin resistance or not. <P>SOLUTION: This cisplatin resistance marker consists of a polynucleotide having a specific base sequence. By performing a detection method including the following processes, it is possible to evaluate whether the cells are cisplatin resistant or not. (1) A process of bonding an RNA prepared from a biological specimen of a subject or a complemental polynucleotide transferred from the RNA, with a cisplatin marker, (2) A process of measuring the RNA derived from the biological specimen or the complemental polynucleotide transferred from the RNA bonded with the cisplatin resistant marker by using the cisplatin resistance marker as an index, (3) A process of judging whether the cells are the cisplatin resistant ovarian tumor or not based on the result of the measurement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
