PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid ejection device which enhances ejection efficiency by increasing a fluid resistance against a reverse directional flow when a fluid is ejected from nozzle holes, and enhances charging efficiency by reducing a fluid resistance against a forward directional flow for feeding the fluid from a fluid feeding chamber to pressure chambers. SOLUTION: An ink-jet device constituting the fluid ejection device has the nozzle holes 1 for ejecting the ink fluid, the pressure chambers 2 communicating with the respective nozzle holes 1, and the fluid feeding chamber 4 for feeding the fluid via the pressure chambers 2 and feeding channels 3 into the pressure chambers 2, respectively, and pressures in the respective pressure chambers are changed by vertically moving a diaphragm 5 mounted on the upper openings of the respective pressure chambers so as to cover the same, by an actuator 6. Each feeding channel 3 is provided with a fluid valve 11 which functions to smoothly feed the fluid from the fluid feeding chamber 4 to the pressure chambers 2 but to inhibit the fluid from flowing in the reverse direction.
