A translucent liquid crystal display device (50a) includes an active matrix substrate (20a). The active matrix substrate (20a) includes a plurality of source lines (2), a first transparent electrode (2c) connected to each of the source lines (2) via a TFT (5), an inter-layer insulating film (12) arranged on the first transparent electrode (2c) and having an opening (12a), a reflection electrode (6a) arranged on the inter-layer insulating film (12) and connected to the first transparent electrode (2c) via the opening (12a), and a second transparent electrode (7a) connected to the reflection electrode (6a) and the first transparent electrode (2c) while being superimposed on the reflection electrode (6a) and the first transparent electrode (2c). In each of pixels, the reflection electrode (6a) and the second transparent electrode (7a) have matched external circumferential ends (E).
