An anti-slipping agent using a synthetic urea resin is provided to realize excellent compatibility with the surrounding material, and to ensure excellent adhesion, a controlled curing time, high strength, cracking resistance and wear resistance. An anti-slipping agent using a synthetic urea resin is a two-part composition including a base material and a curing agent, wherein the base material comprises a polyether polyol resin, a polyether amine polyol resin having two amine groups, a polyether amine polyol resin having three amine groups, an amine compound and a plasticizer, and the curing agent comprises trimethylol propane and a diisocyanate. The base material optionally further comprises an amine compound, filler, pigment, curing accelerator and anti-precipitating agent, and the curing agent optionally further comprises a polyether polyol resin, polyether amine polyol resin having three amine groups, a plasticizer and xylene. |
