A chair for correcting a spine is provided to maximize a whole spine correction effect by stimulating and stretching a lumbar as well as by rectifying a hip joint together with the lumbar. A chair for correcting a spine comprises: a main frame(11); each pair of front and rear legs(13a,13b;15b), arranged in a front/rear side of the main frame respectively; a seat(20), a front of which is hinge-connected to the inside of the main frame and the other end of which is selectively fixed or elastically supported; a rotary backboard(30), a center of which is vertically connected to a rear part of the main frame; and a first and a second lumbar pressurizing lumbar projection(35a,35b), which are distanced from each other in parallel and arranged on the frontal surface of the rotary backboard in a longitudinal direction of the latter.
