The knife has a stainless steel blade (7) fastened to a tiltable blade holder (3) with a stainless steel disk by stainless steel screws (9). A half ring (1) has pivots (1.1, 1.2), which are connected with the half ring by bolts (2.4, 2.5). A hook-and-loop fastener is fastened to the half ring in slots (2.2, 2.3). An end of the knife is fastened with the bolts in a borehole (1.5) of the half ring. The half ring and the blade holder are manufactured in plastic and metal e.g. aluminum. The blade holder is connected with the half ring by a bolt (5).
