PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-resistant waterproof case for a camera, in which both waterproof effect and vibration-resistant effect, such as camera shake prevention for photographing a still or dynamic picture with the camera, are obtained by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: The case includes: an outer case 11 having a waterproof structure; an inner case 12 accommodated in the outer case and storing the camera 2; and vibration absorbing support members 13 that hold the inner case 12 and absorb vibration of the outer case 11 to prevent the vibration from being transmitted to the inner case 12. The waterproof effect for the camera 2 is obtained by the waterproof function of the outer case 11. Since the vibration absorbing members 13 absorb vibration of the outer case 11 and prevent the transmission of the vibration to the inner case 12, the vibration effect for the camera 2 is obtained. The vibration absorbing support members 13 are formed from an elastic member or a magnetic means and, accordingly, the configuration of the entire case is simplified. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
