摘要 <p>The device for processing of cottonseeds (3) comprises a processing chamber (2) with an inlet and an outlet that is arranged in a frame (1), and a processing rotor (4), which is longitudinally arranged in the processing chamber and which forms a processing gap (7) at one side of a curved wall (5) that extends along the length of the processing chamber. At the other side of the curved wall, the processing chamber is built as a flow-deflecting space. The inlet is arranged at the top of the frame at a side of the processing rotor and the processing chamber. The device for processing of cottonseeds (3) comprises a processing chamber (2) with an inlet and an outlet that is arranged in a frame (1), and a processing rotor (4), which is longitudinally arranged in the processing chamber and which forms a processing gap (7) at one side of a curved wall (5) that extends along the length of the processing chamber. At the other side of the curved wall, the processing chamber is built as a flow-deflecting space. The inlet is arranged at the top of the frame at a side of the processing rotor and the processing chamber and has a motor-driven rotary feeder. Starting from the region of the processing rotor, the wall of the processing chamber is built as a deflector plate for the cottonseeds, linters and residues that exit from the processing gap and the processing chamber consists of a vibrating sieve. The vibrating sieve is arranged downstream to the deflector plate and on whose rear side, a flue is present for the linters and residues. The processing rotor is arranged at the bottom of the processing chamber and is designed in the form of a cylinder or truncated cone or prism. The curved wall that extends along the length of the processing chamber or parts of it are pivotably arranged around a longitudinal axis of the processing chamber, so that depending on the position, the processing gap tapers or widens or remains the same. Along the direction of rotation of the processing rotor, in the terminal region of the processing gap or immediately after the terminal region of the processing gap, an air inlet slit extending along the length of the processing chamber or air inlet nozzles are arranged. The air is blown through the air inlet slit. The regulation of the airflow takes place by means of a slide valve that is arranged in the region of the air inlet slit. The deflector plate of the processing chamber is built in an inwardly-curved manner at the end. The vibrating sieve extends along the length of the processing chamber and/or the processing rotor. The vibrating sieve is arranged in a downwardly inclined position. The inclination of the vibrating sieve is regulated as a whole with respect to a vertical plane and/or the inclination of the individual rods of the sieve is regulated with respect to the sieve plane using a control unit. The intermediate distance between the rods of the sieve is modified. The sieve spacing in the vibrating sieve is dimensioned in such a manner that linters and residues smaller than cottonseeds can traverse through the sieve holes to reach the flue. The inlet to the flue in the region of the vibrating sieve is lesser than or equal to the length of the vibrating sieve. The flue is located below the vibrating sieve as a residue collector and has an outlet for linters and an outlet for residues. A sufficient distance exists between the vibrating sieve and/or the flue and the processing rotor, so that the cottonseeds and cottonseed components sent off from the vibrating sieve reach the processing gap once again. The processing rotor is built together in a segment-wise manner with respect to its longitudinal axis. Along the longitudinal direction, the processing rotor has helical passages, which transport the cottonseeds along the length of the processing rotor up to the outlet. The peripheral surface of the processing rotor consists of depressions and/or projections, which facilitate the mixing of cottonseeds and/or the transport of cottonseeds along the length of the processing rotor up to the outlet. The processing rotor sectionally consists of an external abrasive coating. The curved wall has an abrasive coating at the side facing the processing rotor. One or more deflector plates are arranged parallel to the deflector plate in the flow deflection space. Parallel to the deflector plate in the flow deflection space, deflector plates are arranged, which together with the deflector plate form a duct for the cottonseeds, linters and residues leaving the processing gap. An independent claim is included for a procedure for processing of cottonseeds.</p>
