A method for preparing a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell using electric charging and transfer processes is provided to enhance catalytic activity, to reduce the loss of a catalyst, thereby saving a production cost. A method for preparing a membrane-electrode assembly for a fuel cell using electric charging and transfer processes includes the steps of: (S1) drying a catalytic slurry comprising a catalyst, an ionomer, and a disperse solvent, and grinding the catalytic slurry to prepare a catalytic powder; (S2) charging the catalytic powder with negative charges or positive charges, charging an ionically conductive electrolyte membrane with positive charges or negative charges, and transferring the catalytic powder to the electrolyte membrane by potential difference; and (S3) heating and pressing the catalytic powder formed on the electrolyte membrane.
