There is provided a medicament carrier comprising a foldable elongate strip having a first portion (330; 430) and a second portion (330; 430); a fold between said first portion and said second portion such that the first portion contacts the second portion; and a join (318; 418) between the first portion and the second portion, wherein said join and the fold form the edges of a pocket or pouch (320; 420) for containment of medicament product for topical application (325; 425). An adhesive portion (360; 465) is provided to each of the first and second portion for adhesive attachment of said medicament carrier to mammalian skin.
