A display panel is provided to prevent a liquid crystal alignment of a liquid crystal layer from being affected from a step difference of red, green, and blue color pixels and an uneven planarity of the color pixel, thereby improving the display quality. A display panel(400) comprises a first substrate(100), a second substrate(200) and a color pixel layer(320). The first substrate includes a first upper side(113) and a first lower side(115), and a pixel electrode(140) formed on the first upper side. The second substrate includes a second upper side(213) and a second lower side(215), and a common electrode(240) formed on the second lower side faced the first upper side for being faced to the pixel electrode. The color pixel layer is formed on the first lower side of the first substrate or the second upper side of the second substrate. |
