PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition having excellent quick drying property in application, exhibiting excellent hair-dressing performance and hair-setting capability, applying good feeling to suppress the stickiness, creak and stiff feeling and preventing the generation of flaking, and further provide a hair cosmetic composition containing a coloring agent free from the adhesion of the color to clothes by rubbing, etc., and the migration of the color to the skin, etc. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic composition contains a film-forming agent, a polyoxyethylene jojoba oil, a thickening polymer and optionally a polyhydric alcohol.
