<p>The device has a clamping device (1) fixed at an anchorage base by producing clamping force. The clamping device has a flexible pressing unit (3) and a rigid clamping unit (2) for fastening a tarpaulin at the anchorage base along a fastening section (11). A rectangle U-section (21) is arranged and is assembled with a pressing part of the pressing unit such that the tarpaulin along the fastening section in the clamping condition of the clamping device is pressed between the pressing part and the base.
