Positioning system with cannulated implant

The implant (1) is of a smaller size than the cavity and provided with a multitude of openings serving as outlets for the fluid to be injected. A guiding device is attached to one arm of a clasp (3) joined to the bone (2) and the implant (1) and can be adjusted regarding its position with an electric drive. The implant (1) and the bone (2) are fitted with reference elements (10, 11) indicating the actual position of the connected part (1, 2).
