A torque transmission apparatus includes an input shaft 3 to which a torque of a motor is inputted, an output mechanism 5 that outputs the torque of the input shaft 3 to an outside, a torque transmission shaft 7 arranged so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the input shaft 3 and an accommodating casing 9 that accommodates the input shaft 3, the output mechanism 5 and the torque transmission shaft 7. The torque transmission apparatus further includes a limited-slip differential mechanism 11 for limiting a differential motion between the input shaft 3 and the torque transmission shaft 7. The limited-slip differential mechanism 11 is arranged inside the accommodating casing 9.
