摘要 The present invention relates generally to a buffer of a drive Integrated Circuit (IC) and, more particularly, to a buffer of a drive IC for driving a spatial light modulator that can meet a desired dynamic slew rate characteristic by controlling current that affects a slew rate. The buffer capable of controlling the slew rate includes a first amplifier connected to the output terminal of the Digital/Analog (D/A) converter of an IC, and adapted to receive output voltage of the D/A converter and inversely amplify the output voltage, a second amplifier adapted to again inversely amplify output voltage that has been inversely amplified by the first amplifier, a charging means connected to the output and input terminals of the second amplifier, and adapted to be charged with the output voltage of the first amplifier, and a current control unit connected to the output terminal of the first amplifier and the input terminal of the second amplifier, and adapted to control the output voltage of the current control unit.
