FIELD: medicine, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treatment of post-delivery endometritis. Method involves sanitation of vagina with furacilinum aqueous solution in dilution 1:5000. Then 10 ml of chitosan hydrochloride with molecular mass 300-700 Kda, the deacetylation degree 89%, not less, with metronidazol and dioxidine are administrated by intrauterine jet injection. One liter of this gel contains the following components, g: dry chitosan hydrochloride, 10; metronidazol, 1.250-1.665; dioxidine, 2.5, and distilled water, the balance. Method provides prolonged antibacterial, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory effect and arresting the inflammatory process after a single administration of gel, to reduce endogenous intoxication and to normalize the composition of vaginal microflora being without breaking nursing. ^ EFFECT: improved method of treatment. ^ 1 tbl, 1 ex |
