The module has reinforced concrete mural walls arranged on a base constituted of a reinforced concrete slab (1). The slab has a lower surface including a concrete peripheral retaining beam (3) on entire periphery of the surface and connection beams (5) extending from one side to another side of the retaining beam. The connection beams have a thickness larger than the retaining beam such that a house bed is made on the beams.
