A decoration leaf of a floral wreath is provided to decorate the periphery of the floral wreath and to prevent sticks fitted along the periphery of the floral wreath from being pulled out by hanging projections formed at both sides of the stick. A decoration leaf(1) of a floral wreath is composed of leaflets(20) continuously aligned at both sides of a stem(10) formed by molding synthetic resin, in the vertical direction, wherein the tip of each leaflet is sharp and long; a narrow groove formed on the front surface of the leaflet in a longitudinal direction; a reinforcing rib protruded on the rear surface of the leaflet in a longitudinal direction; and hanging projections(30a) formed at a stick(30) extended downward from the stem to prevent the stems stuck to the periphery of the floral wreath from being pulled out. A support ball is formed at an upper side of the stem in order to bind easily an upper part of the leaves.
