PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cellular phone with a distance measuring function which is always carried and used. SOLUTION: The cellular phone with a camera is provided with a scale storing section for storing a distance measuring scale, a layer processing section for generating a composite image on which an image captured by the camera and the distance measuring scale are overlapped, a display for displaying the composite image, and a control section for transmitting the image captured by the camera and the distance measuring scale read from the scale storing section to the layer processing section, and for controlling the composite image generated by the layer processing section, and displaying it on the display.
